Steven R. Stemler
President / CEO
Steve has been involved in the Stemler Family business his entire life, originally working at the plumbing shop and on the service trucks in 1976. With over 45 years of experience, Steve oversees every aspect of The Stemler Corporation. Steve has a Plumbing Contractor License in Indiana and a Master Plumber License in Kentucky.

Diana Kerr
Vice President
Diana has been with The Stemler Corporation since 2001, coming on board as bookkeeper. She has worked as Accounting Manager, Director of Operations and now serves as Vice-President. Diana graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a degree in business.

Ashley Brading
Senior Accounting Manager
Ashley joined The Stemler Corporation in 2018 as our Senior Accounting Manager. She handles all accounting duties including A/R, A/P, payroll and financial analysis. She has been in the customer service and accounting field since 2005. Ashley graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Lou Hetzel
Irrigation Manager
Safety Manager
Lou has been with The Stemler Corporation since 2000. Lou started as an irrigation field service technician and has moved up to now serve as Irrigation Manager. He oversees all aspects of the irrigation division including customer service, scheduling, design and estimating. Lou is also our in-house CAD technician, assisting in both irrigation and plumbing designs and plans.

Jeff Burks
Plumbing Superintendent
Jeff joined The Stemler Corporation in 2013 as a project leader. He has been plumbing since 1994. Jeff is a licensed plumber and currently serves as our Plumbing Superintendent. He oversees all projects, including scheduling, coordinating materials and equipment, attending job meetings, and communicating with customers and the office staff.

Over the years we have expanded our services to include commercial and industrial plumbing, irrigation, and site utility work…all to meet the local demands.
The Stemler Corporation today includes commercial and industrial plumbing and irrigation divisions.
We have streamlined our operations in the field and internally to serve the community better. We operate from a two-acre site, including our corporate offices, warehouse and maintenance garage.
